Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Factory Cleaner to join a busy site in Dunkeswell, near Honiton, Devon.
This is a stable cleaning role offering an immediate start, a four-day working week and a genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Own transport is essential due to the rural location and lack of public transport.
What We Offer

£14.50 per hour basic rate.

£21.75 per hour overtime rate after 38 hours.

Four-day working week.

Monday to Thursday, 6am-4pm.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

28 days' paid annual leave, pro-rata for PAYE and including statutory holidays.

Key Duties

Clean factory and communal areas.

Sweep, dust mop and damp mop floors.

Clean toilets and other facilities.

Empty bins and remove waste.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Follow health and safety procedures.

Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
