Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation industries, based in Exeter.

Key Duties
- Prepare aerospace components for despatch.
- Use hand tools and carry out manual machining tasks.
- Follow quality control procedures and engineering specifications.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Work within one of the following departments:Monoshell.
- Pre-Finishing.
- Finishing.
- Support production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, factory, engineering, or industrial experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern.
Working Hours & Pay
- £15.93 per hour (paid breaks included).
- Up to £2,600 per month (gross).
- Monday to Friday.
- Rotating shifts:
- 6am-2pm.
- 2pm-10pm.
- Regular overtime opportunities available.
