We\’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Manager to join the site\’s Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the site\’s engineering function – driving production performance, overseeing maintenance strategies, and managing CAPEX delivery. This is a critical leadership role that demands both strategic vision and hands-on expertise.
