Acorn Builders is looking for a Claims Handler to join our insurance reinstatement team.
This role is primarily office-based at our Bexhill office. However, remote working may be considered for candidates who have the relevant experience within the insurance reinstatement industry and can confidently manage claims with minimal supervision.
Previous experience within the insurance reinstatement industry is preferred but not essential for office-based candidates, as training can be provided for the right person.
You'll liaise with surveyors, clients and policyholders, ensuring communication keeps flowing and that internal and external systems are updated with the latest claim information.
You'll also answer and direct telephone calls and assist with internal emails.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
