This is a full-time, on-site Health and Safety Advisor role based in Pewsey. The Health and Safety Advisor will oversee compliance with health and safety regulations across multiple construction sites. Daily responsibilities include implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, delivering safety training sessions, and promoting a culture of safety. The role also involves ensuring adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and maintaining occupational health standards to protect workers and the working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Occupational Health requirements
- Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and developing safety-related solutions
- Proficiency in Safety Training and promoting a safety-first culture
- Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and train teams
- Relevant certifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are highly desirable
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
