As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our directors to complete tenders and secure new work, and for overseeing projects through to the final account stage, including subcontract procurement and cost reporting.
Tenders range from £300k to £5 million, and these projects include one-off large new builds, remote barn conversions, and small works for both private and commercial customers.
You will be expected to travel to sites across Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Hampshire when required; however, we try to keep projects within 1 hour's drive of the office where possible. For the right candidate, a company vehicle can be provided for both business and personal use.
