The Role

Reporting into the Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes consistently meet company, customer and industry standards.

You will work closely with Production, Design, Procurement and Installation teams to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce defects, improve efficiency and drive a culture of right-first-time manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management

  • Conduct regular manufacturing and process audits.
  • Carry out product inspections throughout the production process.
  • Identify non-conformances and quality concerns.
  • Lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Drive corrective and preventative actions to completion.
  • Monitor and report quality performance KPIs.
  • Support supplier quality activities where required.
  • Maintain quality documentation, records and procedures.
  • Promote a proactive quality culture throughout the business.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, rework and inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis activities.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of visual management and process controls.
  • Assist with training production teams on quality and improvement methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production Supervisors and Team Leaders.
  • Support Design and Procurement departments in resolving quality-related issues.
  • Assist Installation teams with quality feedback from site.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
