  • Own employee relations casework across the business - absence, conduct, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, restructures and consultations - handled fairly, consistently and in line with local legislation
  • Keep on top of employment legislation across our countries of operation, working with local leaders and legal advisors to stay compliant
  • Coach and upskill managers, driving consistent performance management practices and manager toolkits
  • Own HR reporting and dashboards - headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment and ER - turning data into insight and recommendations
  • Step up as Programme Manager for key HR-led change programmes, and act as Deputy to the HR Director when needed

What you’ll bring

  • Essential: proven experience as a people manager, confident leading and developing a team
  • Generalist HR leadership experience, ideally with ownership of HR Operations and Recruitment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best-practice ER case management
  • A global mindset, comfortable navigating employment practices across multiple territories
