To work under the guidance of the Senior Installations Engineer on project delivery and successful delivery of new products and services. You will be required to instruct/work with fellow team members as well as liaise with customers on projects and financial matters. Activities include but are not limited to, server work, networking, project planning, project management, Office 365 and telephony deployments, collaborating with internal teams whilst understanding customer needs and ensuring successful delivery of projects. || | • Delivering project work • Planning project work • Reviewing project plans for the department/working with the Solutions • Attending customer and internal meetings • Review new technologies that can be used and then a product created • Contributing to and updating the documentation library, training materials and KBAs • Highlighting and identifying customer improvements to the Account Managers and other departments || | • Proven experience working within an internal or outsourced IT department • Knowledge of current Microsoft Server Operating Systems • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products • Knowledge of firewalls and IPsec tunnels • Knowledge of IP-based networks and VLANs || | • Strong communication skills • Strong time management skills • Good team player • An interest in IT and technology in general • A \”can do\” attitude • Flexible with an enthusiastic approach to your work • An ability to learn new skills as required • Strong organisational skills • Good use of initiative • Excellent problem-solving skills • Confident in working autonomously |#J-18808-Ljbffr
