Acora Group is partnering with a global enterprise to deliver a major passwordless authentication rollout. We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to drive user analysis, authentication setup, stakeholder engagement, and security aligned delivery across multiple regions. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, identity governance, authentication technology, and enterprise change management—ideal for a BA with deep IAM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Responsibilities:

  • User Analysis & Rollout Planning
    • Assess user authentication readiness and segment user groups
    • Plan rollout waves, readiness checks, timelines, and dependencies
    • Support setup of authentication methods in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Assist with passwordless, MFA, and conditional access enablement
  • Stakeholder & Communications
    • Manage onshore/offshore stakeholders and service desk alignment
    • Deliver user comms throughout rollout phases
  • Data & Reporting
    • Track adoption, compliance, and rollout progress
  • Security, Governance & Change
    • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and identity governance standards
    • Support change impact assessments, documentation, UAT, and agile delivery

Qualifications:

  • Technical BA background in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with passwordless, MFA, conditional access
  • Understanding of identity governance, least privilege, credential security
  • Skilled in PowerShell, SQL, process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Microsoft identity certifications (e.g., SC 300)
  • ITIL / cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP)
  • ServiceNow / CMDB experience
