We're supporting a major enterprise programme following multiple acquisitions and organisational integration activities.
The objective is to enable employees from different group companies to securely access applications using a common authentication approach through Microsoft Entra B2B.
We're looking for a Project Stream Lead/Consultant with proven experience delivering similar identity, authentication, or application onboarding programmes.
Relevant projects must be highlighted on CV for consideration. Entra ID, SSO, IAM, application migration, or M&A integration projects as this experience is key to the role.
Key Experience Required
Applicants should ideally have worked on projects involving
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Entra B2B deployments or migrations
- Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) programmes
- Application onboarding or authentication modernisation
- Large-scale M&A integration programmes
- Enterprise cloud or infrastructure transformation
Responsibilities
- Lead application readiness and onboarding activities.
- Work with application owners to define migration plans and timelines.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate across business, technical, identity, and support teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and reporting.
- Ensure applications are onboarded within agreed delivery dates.
- Required Skills
- Strong project or programme delivery experience.
- Good understanding of authentication, identity, and access management.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, change management, and ITIL environments.
