This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a global dealer network in a growing UK engineering business and play a key role in shaping the next phase of its international growth. Aconda designs and manufactures specialist industrial carriers, sold worldwide through a network of distributors. Following our move into a new, purpose-built facility, we’ve significantly increased capacity and are seeing strong international demand. The opportunity now is to turn that demand into structured, consistent, high-quality sales performance across our global network. We are also proud recipients of the King’s Award for Innovation, reflecting the strength of our product and engineering capability.

The Role: This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll take responsibility for improving the performance of our international dealer network, strengthening key relationships, and introducing greater structure and commercial discipline across how we operate globally. Working directly with the Managing Director, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how the network develops and how international sales is built as the business grows.
