We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Customer Support Advisor to join our Water Management Commercial team based in Shefford, Bedfordshire.

In this role, you will work as part of a highly driven team supporting customers, managing enquiries, developing commercial opportunities and delivering quotations for market-leading ACO Water Management products.

You'll work closely with external sales colleagues and the wider Commercial Operations team to maximise project opportunities, support order conversion and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey.

About you

Ideally you will

  • Have experience in a sales, customer service or commercial environment, preferably within construction or B2B sectors, is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Be a strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
  • Have a proactive and commercially minded approach, with a focus on delivering results and maximising opportunities.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Willingness and aptitude to learn CRM and ERP systems - full training will be provided.
