We are looking for a part‑time Client Advisor for our Dover Street store. As a Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take centre stage.

  • Managing and executing omni‑channel services
  • Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle, tending to all details and providing them with the best‑in‑class client experience

  • Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing inventory

  • Previous customer‑facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling experience
  • Fluent in English (required); additional languages based on market requirements; Mandarin speaking preferable but not essential
