The Role

We are looking for a Treasury Manager fluent in Italian based in Milan, London or Amsterdam. As part of the Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Project Finance team, the Treasury Manager will manage banking relationships and ensure all loan compliance requirements are met. This includes preparing financial covenants calculations, updating loan compliance status reports, and supporting treasury activities across the Group. The Treasury Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the Group’s loan compliance monitoring tools, ensuring compliance with all applicable bank and regulatory policies.

In this role, you will develop and implement robust processes for loan compliance, negotiate with lenders, and manage the issuance and release of guarantees. You will coordinate with various departments to prepare and deliver required documentation and reports to banks, ensuring smooth and compliant loan drawdowns. The Treasury Manager will also support cash flow forecasting and hedging activities, contributing to the financial stability and growth of Sonnedix.

Desirable skills:

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Excellent knowledge of project financing and loan compliance processes
• Proficiency in financial modeling and SAP S4/HANA
• Strong communication and organizational skills, fluent in English and Italian
