Join Sonnedix as a Transformation Governance Analyst based in London, reporting to the Transformation Governance Manager. In this role, you will support enterprise portfolio governance by maintaining governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards, and enabling structured planning and reporting across enterprise initiatives.

You will help provide visibility across transformation initiatives through dashboards, performance reporting, and stakeholder materials that track timelines, budgets, dependencies, and benefits, while gaining exposure to the wider business and understanding how your work contributes to structured decision‑making and enterprise portfolio planning.

You will also support enterprise portfolio governance processes by maintaining portfolio management frameworks, structured reporting, and governance compliance across transformation initiatives. Working closely with the Transformation Governance Manager, as well as portfolio and project stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to the team's success by supporting prioritisation activities, producing dashboards and automated reporting, preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, and helping to improve reporting, data quality, and decision‑making through the use of digital and AI-enabled tools.

Desirable skills:

  • Strong analytical capability to interpret portfolio and project performance data and produce clear, actionable insights.
  • Hands‑on experience with portfolio or programme management and reporting tools including Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to utilise and update tech‑enabled dashboards, automated reporting, and structured portfolio performance reporting aligned to governance standards.
  • Knowledge of portfolio governance practices within transformation, PMO, or portfolio office environments.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into meaningful business narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Digital and AI literacy with experience using digital tools or workflows to streamline processes, improve data quality, enhance reporting efficiency, and support smarter decision‑making within transformation and governance environments.
