Residential Service Plumber Role: Takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates honestly with homeowners, and is committed to delivering a five-star customer experience on every job. What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, water and drain lines, sump and sewer ejector pumps, and whole-home re-pipes.
- Install fixtures, valves, and appliances across various water supply system configurations.
- Apply a working knowledge of North Carolina plumbing codes on every job.
- Educate homeowners on their options and recommend proactive, long-term solutions.
- Communicate honestly and transparently with customers throughout each service call.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism, integrity, and respect in every home you enter.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and coordinate closely with dispatch and office staff.
What you need:
- 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and a professional, customer-first demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude; willingness to support coworkers, share knowledge, and contribute to a respectful, drama-free work environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
