Residential Service Plumber Role: We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead and oversee our plumbing division serving the Durham, NC area. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and people-oriented, with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. Just as importantly, they bring a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit. What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations of the plumbing team and dispatchers, including scheduling, dispatching, and job completion.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with North Carolina codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve field issues.
- Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control.
- Review project estimates, approve invoices, and manage departmental budgets.
- Implement and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Maintain detailed job records and prepare reports for upper management.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology, and regulatory changes.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude; willingness to support coworkers, share knowledge, and contribute to a respectful, drama-free work environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
