We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Clinic / TCM Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the clinic and retail section. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting sales of TCM products and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic & Retail Operations
    • Supervise daily operations of the clinic and retail counter
    • Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment processes
    • Monitor outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation
    • Ensure proper stock display and replenishment of TCM products and retail items
  • Team Supervision
    • Lead and supervise clinic assistants, retail staff, and reception team
    • Train staff on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge
    • Prepare work schedules and manage staff attendance
    • Monitor staff performance and discipline
  • Customer Service
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
    • Assist customers with product recommendations and wellness packages
    • Ensure a positive customer experience and encourage repeat visits
  • Sales & Retail Support
    • Support sales of TCM products, supplements, and wellness packages
    • Monitor retail sales performance and achieve outlet sales targets
    • Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies
  • Inventory & Administration
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of TCM products and herbs
    • Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information
    • Ensure workplace safety and operational standards are followed

Requirements

  • Experience in clinic operations, retail supervision, or TCM/wellness industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of TCM products or wellness industry is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
