- Overseeing the management of residential apartments in and around the West End
- Managing the full tenancy lifecycle including: approving offers, dealing with tenant requests, ensuring compliance with GSC and Electrical reports, move-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and legal notices
- Handling maintenance and repairs above a certain threshold, as minor repairs are dealt with by another team
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring works meet quality standards
- Carrying out occasional property inspections
- Dealing with feedback and organising repairs/maintenance following building-related Health & Safety inspection reports
- Being the PR face of the company, including visiting tenants regarding major repairs/maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation (e.g., gas safety, EPCs, etc.)
- Keeping accurate records using property management systems and preparing portfolio reports
- Strong understanding of AST property management and legislation
- Smart appearance, professional approach, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with a similar mid/high-end portfolio
- Looking to work in a service-oriented property office rather than a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment

- Proven experience managing AST residential property portfolios (London experience preferred)
