I am working with a full service commercial law firm, seeking an experienced Legal PA / Team Assistant for their well-established West End based Commercial Property Team. We are looking for someone with experience of using P4W, NetDocs and InfoTrack or similar. Previous experience of supporting Commercial Property transactions is essential.
You’ll be working within a small team of commercial property solicitors, supporting fee earners in managing real estate transactions from drafting and reviewing contracts to carrying out title search and assisting with due diligence. Preparing and submitting applications to Land Registry, file management, instigating anti-money laundering searches, compiling/binding/bundling/indexing deeds and documents. You’ll be liaising with clients and management at all levels and need to be proactive in terms of prioritisation, initiative and multi-tasking.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Experience supporting commercial property solicitors
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
- Excellent working knowledge of DocuSign or equivalent
- Experience of P4W (Partners for Windows) and NetDocs desirable
- Good working knowledge of third-party applications where appropriate e.g. Land Registry, Bighand, Oyez, Bundledocs etc.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Considerate Team player who is able to work on own initiative
