Our client is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to support their experienced property management team. This role is perfect for someone with administrative experience in property management who is looking to work in a friendly, professional environment with a family-like atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records within Qube management software, updating details and sending relevant materials such as house rules and welcome packs.
- Prepare quarterly expenditure reports for the Directors and assist with year-end accounts and budgeting processes.
- Coordinate cyclical maintenance by liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion of works.
- Instruct contractors on property requests from the Property Managers, creating works orders and signing off invoices.
- Work closely with Property Managers and maintenance teams to resolve issues and enhance the property experience.
- Support the implementation of property management policies and procedures.
- Gain familiarity with management systems such as QUBE through provided training, if necessary.
Ideal Skills and Profile
- Previous experience in property administration or a similar role within the property sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors and team members.
- Proficiency in managing and updating records within management software systems.
