Administrator in Property Management … all residential block property management companies have to ensure that their blocks comply with various legislation including regular Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), Lift inspections and water testing. The frequency of inspections varies according to the type of inspection Our client wants to centralise this function to ensure these processes are managed by an operations administrator. Someone with strong administration and organisational skills who has organised similar inspections, is switched on and ensures their admin is up to date and will make proper use of the property systems in place. All reporting will come through the Operations Department and will be centrally managed by the administrator. The successful candidate is likely to have carried out a similar high-intensive admin role within a property management company and have excellent attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
