Ref:5052 Thursday 31 July 2025
Administrator in Property Management
All residential block property management companies must ensure their blocks comply with various legislation, including regular Fire Risk Assessments (FRA), Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), lift inspections, and water testing. The frequency of these inspections varies according to the type of inspection.
Our client aims to centralise this function to ensure these processes are managed effectively by an operations administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong administration and organisational skills, have experience organising similar inspections, be proactive, and ensure their admin is up to date. They will also make proper use of the property management systems in place. All reporting will be channelled through the Operations Department and centrally managed by the administrator. The successful candidate is likely to have held a similar high-intensive admin role within a property management company, with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organisational skills, a good telephone manner, and a professional approach
- Salary up to £32,000
- Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
