This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London for an AI Artist to help shape the visual language of a feature film using generative AI as a tool. The role involves designing and executing visually stunning AI-driven artistic elements, developing creative workflows using advanced tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into various production workflows.
- Generate high-quality start frames aligned with creative direction
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and verbal concepts into visual outcomes
- Work independently on standard shots
- Refine and iterate AI outputs with precision and intent
- Support AI animation workflows where required
- Identify and flag technical or creative blockers early
- Support visual continuity across adjacent shots
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with generative AI image platforms & tools (Google Flow, Freepik, Flux, Seedream, Midjourney etc.)
- Experience supporting AI-driven animation workflows
- Familiarity with compositing and multi-layer image construction
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute independently
- Strong visual taste and sequence-level awareness
- Comfort working within a large production pipeline
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Nice to have:
- Background in photography, VFX, or design
- Solid working knowledge of ComfyUI
- Experience in high-end compositing using node-based systems (e.g. Nuke)
- Experience in image refining (e.g. Photoshop)
- Experience in guiding other creatives/artists towards output
