This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Coordinator based in South West London, joining the expanding production team on a groundbreaking feature film running an AI-augmented pipeline. The AI Coordinator will oversee day-to-day shot tracking and production workflow, manage Supervisor notes through to artist and vendor delivery, and ensure smooth IO and versioning across the show. The role involves close coordination with artists, vendors, and supervisors, reporting to the Production Manager and AI Supervisor troubleshooting technical and pipeline challenges, and supporting the integration of AI tools into the comp and finishing process. The AI Coordinator will serve as a bridge between creative leadership and the artist team, facilitating communication, aligning objectives, and maintaining timelines in a fast-moving production environment.

In-office, 5 days a week. Starting ASAP.

Preferable Requirements:

  • Client-side and facility-side experience preferable
  • Strong ShotGrid skillset
  • Basic IO β€” naming, versioning, deliveries. Experience with platforms such as Aspera preferable
  • Comfortable with Supervisor note management
  • Some experience with both artist and vendor coordination
  • Technically strong mindset
  • AI-native, comfortable working with generative AI platforms
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving production environment
