The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to:
- Identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare and review Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, and Method Statements.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; produce detailed reports and implement preventative measures.
- Liaise with principal contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies (HSE) as required.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and health and safety training.
