Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years labouring experience in construction/utilities

- CSCS Card mandatory (valid and current)
- Strong understanding of health & safety protocols on construction sites
- Experience with cable pulling, trenching, and groundworks
- Knowledge of solar panel installation support and site preparation
- Ability to work with hand tools and basic construction equipment
