An Investment company is looking for Client relations manager , who will be customers' first point of contact within the company.
You will be the voice of the company, answering existing clients' questions about products and services, ensuring great customer service.

Responsibilities
- Completing face-to-face meetings, video, and phone calls with clients: Making sure that customers are supported during the onboarding process; Working with product, support, compliance teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
- Collecting documents: Ensuring clients meet the criteria for boarding, handling the process of account opening.
- Responding to queries: Addressing inquiries and requests promptly through email and chat communication channels.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback: Proactively collecting and evaluating customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian: both verbal and written
- Relevant job experience in financial industry is desirable.
- Higher degree in finance or economics will be an advantage.
