We are building a platform offering Liquidity Pools for non-listed companies by bridging the gap between Liquidity providers and Banks. The platform offers pools of Shares to capital providers on the secondary market while guaranteeing a high degree of liquidity and flexibility.

Your role:

• You will be the heart of our business and will lead the Product Development and Project Management of the IT developments.
• Ideally have very good knowledge in coding and make architectural choices.
• Prepare workflows, technical specs of the project including writing functional specifications, liaising with dev and following developments for the MVP & MMP.
• Hire and manage IT resources as well as provide regular technical reporting back to the group and shareholders.
• Deal with UI interface and customer experience as well as media & community management.

Your profile:

• Experience in technical development of financial platforms such as Reporting tools, SaaS platforms, Liquidity pools, etc.
• Already managed IT teams as a whole and overcome dev challenges.
• Successfully scaled up companies and delivered previous IT products.
• Strong interest in Private equity and deep understanding of deal pipeline and banking framework.
• Excellent understanding of technical frameworks.
• Perfect spoken/written English is essential.
• Technical University degree is a must for this role.
• Intellectual horsepower and self-driven problem solver mentality.

Compensation:

• We expect from an entrepreneur to take risk with us and believe in the project.
• A small base can be considered for expenses but mainly performance-based role in Shares and bonuses from operations and deals.
