ACL Partners in London is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Software Private Equity Investment Team. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating and executing investments in high-growth B2B software companies across Europe, working closely with portfolio management and external advisers.
You will build complex financial models (LBO, cash flow, returns analysis), assess growth metrics (ARR, net retention) and drive due diligence, structuring and post-investment value creation.
