We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution to appoint a Vice President to their high-performing Leveraged Finance team in London. This is a key hire focused on the origination and execution of sub-investment grade debt transitions for PE-backed buyouts and corporate acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of complex leveraged finance transactions (Senior, Unitranche, Second Lien, High Yield).
- Manage the credit approval process and drive internal stakeholders.
- Take a lead role in financial modeling, due diligence, and legal documentation.
- Mentor and oversee Associates and Analysts within the team.
Requirements:
- 6β9 years of experience in Leveraged Finance or Debt Capital Markets at a top-tier bank.
- Proven track record of leading transaction execution from inception to close.
- Deep understanding of European leveraged loan markets.
- Strong credit judgment and technical modeling skills.
