Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate GP-led transactions including continuation vehicles: asset-level underwriting, valuation and structuring
  • Model LP portfolio acquisitions with cash flow forecasting, NAV analysis and pricing
  • Conduct due diligence on GPs, underlying assets and fund documentation
  • Prepare investment committee materials and support execution through closing
  • Monitor market activity and support origination through GP and intermediary relationships

Candidate Profile
