Our client β a well-established mid-market private equity fund β is looking for a talented and driven Analyst to join their London-based deal team. In this role, youβll gain hands-on experience supporting one of the fundβs portfolio companies, while also playing an active role in new investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and assist with value creation planning.
1β2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or strategy consulting.
