We’re hiring on behalf of a highly regarded M&A Advisory firm in London, seeking a talented Associate to join their growing team. The firm advises on high-impact mid-market transactions across various sectors, offering hands-on exposure, strong deal flow, and a close-knit team culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis, valuation, and modelling for live and prospective deals
- Prepare client presentations and investment materials
- Conduct market and strategic research to support business development
