My client, a well-capitalised global investment group, is looking to hire an Associate to join their growing London-based investment team. The role sits within a lean, hands-on team with exposure across direct investments and asset management, offering broad responsibility and end-to-end deal involvement across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of buy-side investments across diversified sectors
- Build and review financial models (LBO, valuation, scenario analysis)
- Conduct commercial, financial and strategic due diligence
- Prepare investment memos and IC materials
- Support portfolio initiatives
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in private equity, investing, or IB + MBB background
- Demonstrated buy-side deal exposure (not purely advisory)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
- Generalist profile with exposure to multiple sectors (non-Real Estate)
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
