I'm working with a well-regarded international investment bank that is looking to add an Associate to its TMT M&A team in London. The team advises on cross-border M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions across technology, telecoms and digital infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience within M&A or investment banking
- Previous exposure to TMT sectors including technology, telecoms, digital infrastructure or connectivity
- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
- Demonstrated transaction execution experience
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of live M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the TMT sector
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations and transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage key workstreams throughout deal execution
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients on cross-border transactions
- Contribute to origination efforts, market analysis and sector-specific insights
