5 Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in M&A or Corporate Finance at a reputable investment bank or specialized boutique.
- Mastery of complex financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Accretion/Dilution) and corporate valuation.
- A strong interest in international finance and the ability to navigate transactions involving diverse regulatory environments.
- A top-tier academic background in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
