Our client, a leading software-focused Growth fund, is looking to add an Investment Associate to their team in London.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in Investment Banking (Tech/TMT) and/or software investing. IB experience followed by buy-side exposure in tech/software is a strong plus.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Hands-on experience with transaction execution & due diligence.
- Genuine interest in software, SaaS, and high-growth technology companies.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and execute investments in software and SaaS businesses.
- Build financial models and prepare investment materials for IC.
- Support full deal processes including due diligence and expert calls.
- Conduct market, product, and competitive research to develop investment theses.
- Contribute to value-creation planning and support portfolio companies post-investment.
