Our client, a special situations investment firm, is seeking an Investment Associate – Distressed & Special Situations to join its London office. The firm targets complex credit and equity opportunities across Europe, including restructurings, distressed debt, and event-driven situations. This role offers direct exposure to high-impact transactions and active portfolio engagement in a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis and modelling for distressed and opportunistic investments.
  • Evaluate capital structures, recovery scenarios, and restructuring outcomes.
  • Prepare investment memos and support presentations to the investment committee.
