Key Responsibilities
- Involvement across all phases of the investment process — sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation.
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis to support investment decisions.
- Contribute to due diligence and prepare materials for internal investment committees.
- Collaborate with portfolio management teams to drive strategic and operational improvements.
- Cultivate relationships with founders, executives, and external stakeholders.

- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, ideally within M&A or sector coverage.
