- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all fundraising and investor communications adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with deal teams, finance, and portfolio operations to source insights and translate them into clear, investor-ready communication.

- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in private equity, growth capital, or related investment roles, with 3–5 years of direct investor relations and fundraising exposure.
- Execution Track Record: Strong background in deal execution, due diligence, structuring, and portfolio value creation, with the credibility to engage investors at a technical level.
- Fundraising Acumen: Proven experience leading successful fundraises, building and maintaining relationships with top-tier LPs, and securing commitments across diverse investor types.
- Institutional Network: Established relationships with European and global LPs, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, family offices, and fund-of-funds.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to varied investor audiences.
- Analytical & Commercial Strength: Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, persuasive insights for investors.
- Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of fundraising strategy, LP dynamics, and capital flows, combined with the ability to anticipate and adapt to market trends.
- Leadership & Influence: Experience managing senior stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving processes under tight deadlines.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and relationship-driven, with resilience and adaptability to thrive in a lean and fast-moving environment.
Location: Based in London, with flexibility to travel frequently across Europe and internationally for investor meetings and roadshows.
