Are you a motivated Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer looking to advance your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Ackroyd Legal London LLP are seeking talented individuals to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of property matters and work alongside a dedicated team of Partners, Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements and a strong motivation to excel. You should be accustomed to working towards targets and delivering a high level of client care.
Duties:- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met from instruction to completion.
- Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on property matters, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches and reviewing planning permissions, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Partners, Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants, to deliver seamless legal services.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process, using negotiation and mediation skills where necessary.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with changes in property law and conveyancing practices to provide informed advice and maintain professional competence.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed set targets and deadlines, contributing to the firm's overall success and growth.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to generate new business opportunities.
