Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Paralegal located in London. The role involves managing residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, liaising with clients and third parties, conducting title investigations, drafting legal documents, handling post-completion matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property legal experience
• Experience in Residential Conveyancing and Title Investigations
• Skills in Drafting Legal Documents and Managing Transactions
• Excellent Client Liaison and Third-Party Communication skills
• Proficiency in Handling Post-Completion Matters and Compliance
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
