We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements and a strong motivation to excel. Duties:

  • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met from instruction to completion.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on property matters, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches and reviewing planning permissions, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless legal services.
