Join our thriving law firm where you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of property matters and work alongside a dedicated team of Partners, Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements and a strong motivation to excel. Duties:
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met from instruction to completion.
- Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on property matters, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches and reviewing planning permissions, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
