As part of our ongoing mission, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join us as a Tenancy Enforcement Officer on a temporary basis. Main Duties: Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations. Investigate reports of anti-social behavior, unauthorized occupants, and breaches of tenancy agreements. Issue appropriate notices, such as warning letters and formal eviction notices, in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Liaise with tenants, landlords, and relevant agencies to address issues and enforce tenancy conditions effectively. Mediate disputes between tenants and neighbors, providing support and guidance where necessary. Document and maintain accurate records of investigations, actions taken, and outcomes.
