Redbridge Council is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join our fostering service with a focus on the supervision and ongoing support of foster carers. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with carers, ensure high-quality placements, and be directly involved in improving outcomes for children and young people.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident in managing a caseload of foster carers, understands the complexities of foster care, and is passionate about placement stability.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
