Assessment Team , you’ll be responsible for completing timely assessments and making informed decisions to ensure children receive the right support. This
Social Worker role involves working closely with families and professionals to assess risk and plan effective interventions.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing Child & Family Assessments and Section 47 enquiries
- Assessing, monitoring, and reviewing the needs of children and families
- Managing a caseload and delivering outcome-focused plans
- Working with multi-agency partners to safeguard children
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate case records
- Carrying out direct work with children, families, and carers
- Using supervision to reflect and develop as a
- Social Worker
- What We’re Looking For
- Qualified
- Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Minimum 1 year UK experience in a
- Social Worker role
- Experience within Referral & Assessment / safeguarding
- Strong assessment and risk management skills
- Enhanced DBS (we can support with this)
- Right to work in the UK
