Service Manager – Homeless Prevention Department My client is looking for an experienced and confident Homeless Team Leader to join their exciting new Homeless Transformation Project. The successful applicant will have experience directly managing a team of Homeless Caseworkers within a busy environment. The Team Leader must have at least 3 years’ experience directly managing a similar team. Minimum of 3 years’ experience of leading and managing a complex homeless caseworkers’ local authority Homeless Prevention service. Experience directly managing homeless caseworkers Significant experience in developing and implementing effective commissioning plans to reduce levels of homelessness under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 Coordinate the day to day service of providing housing options and preventing homelessness. Ratification and quality checking of case management and decision letters issued. To cover front line manager’s duty The candidate appointed will be directly responsible for 5 team managers. Successfully leading multiple, complex projects involving a range of partners, including senior managers.
