We are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner – Referral and Assessment within the Social Care industry in Hammersmith and Fulham. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels. The Senior Practitioner – Referral and Assessment vacancy in Hammersmith and Fulham will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking initial investigations
- Undertaking core investigations
- Operating under the remit of the Children's Act, 1989
- Managing a high caseload
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
- Contributing to the duty rota
- Supporting junior members of the team
Experience preferred:
- Post qualifying experience of working as a Senior Practitioner – Referral and Assessment within the UK Social Care industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- HCPC Registration
- 4 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
